What is an Uncertified Prospect?
An uncertified prospect is simply a prospect that our Prospect Qualification Team was unable to reach. This person reached out and asked for assistance, but we were unable to reach them within the 48 hours window we have allotted. Most uncertified prospects are people in genuine need of assistance, but will require some further follow up.
